Cardio PYP Scan

Assalamualaikum.

Hi everyone. I experienced something today. I had my cardio scan, suggested by my cardiologist due to my swollen heart and it's worsening. So, I did my scan this morning at Jabatan Nuklear Hospital Likas. 

Ok first of all tempat tu sejuk gila! Thank god I did bring my sweater. I registered my name at the counter and paid for fee RM25,  using my debit card (cashless only). Done with the payment, I went to this one small room to measure my height and weight. My blood pressure was also being taken during that time. Alhamdulillah everything was normal. My BP was 137/79. Then, there was a guy in charged to insert branula through my vein. I used to get that a lot since hospital is my second home. Hah. They want to inject some radiation chemical inside my body to make sure the images of my heart is clear during the scan. 

Thank god benda tu tidak sakit. Bila cecair ubat radiasi tu masuk dalam urat, ada rasa sejuk sejuk sahaja. No pain at all. After that, I had to wait till an hour to scan. Benda tu macam ct scan/MRI, kind of like terowong jugak. Before scan, I need to change my clothes and wear no jewellery. Peraturan yang sama mcm CT scan. I baring atas tu, put my hands at back and benda tu started masuk dalam terowong and doing the scan job. :)

Scan tu mengambil masa 15minit sahaja. Selepaa itu, saya makan mihun goreng, beli di kedai mi tauhu pagi tadi. Lapar wey. Next scan ialah pada pukul 3 petang. Rupanya 2x kena scan. So almost half day juga lah di hospital hari ini. Great experience. Staff, nurses, doctor semua baik baik belaka. Alhamdulillah selesai tanpa ada masalah. Cuma results tu yang mendebarkan. Next month baru doktor cardiologist jumpa untuk discuss the results. Huhu. Risau!

Hi. How are you? I’m doing fine. Alhamdulillah, hari ni dapat pergi jalan-jalan dengan papa mama. Makan nasi ayam di tempat favorite kami The Chicken Rice Shop di Suria Sabah KK. Tujuan jalan tadi sebenarnya untuk membeli hadiah sempena majlis tukar tukar hadiah di office mama. End up tidak terbeli ya. Haha. Lain yang dibeli. Well, biasalah perempuan kan memang begitu. Bila masuk mall, rambang mata. Semua mau dicuba, semua mau dibeli.

By the way, this Saturday I will be joining zoom meeting with dietitian for Asas Pemakanan Pesakit Buah Pinggang. I am kind of excited actually because I really want to know more about the exact diet for CKD patient. Well, before this I just follow my instinct and read more about diet through my doctor and books/online info. Now I have a chance to listen directly from dietitian, where I can ask any question related to my food intake.

I am tired because I walk a lot today. Suria sabah is a big mall for me but I do happy because I was exercising my legs instead of staying at home scrolling tiktok. Hehe. Cuaca hari ini pun alhamdulillah baik shj. Macam biasa petang hujan renyai renyai sikit. Ohya, tadi I bought cha tra mue’s green tea classic and supposedly dapat straw cute yang viral di tiktok tu but I didn’t get it. I forgot to ask the cashier. Rugi betul.

This 11^th is my bff’s birthday, Zela. I miss her so much. We haven’t meet almost 2 years maybe. I know she is busy and I don’t blame her. Hopefully this month dapat jumpa dia.

majlis kawin for adik :)

 

Assalamualaikum wbt

Alhamdulillah masih diberi peluang untuk bernafas di muka bumi ini. Masih ada tempat tinggal, ada orang-orang yang tersayang depan mata, ada duit untuk membeli makanan yang sedap, boleh jalan-jalan ke sana ke mari, boleh driving, mata masih boleh berkedip, kaki tangan dan pancaindera masih ada. Alhamdulillah for everything. =)

Okay, for today I nak sembang pasal majlis perkahwinan. Not mine but my brother. InsyaAllah he will get married on 14 June 2025 and bagi pihak kami pula pada 5 July 2025. Mohon doakan segala urusan dipermudahkan ya. We satu family kind of excited because this is our first wedding to manage in our family.

There is a lot thing I need to consider with the budget. Fuhh, I’m telling you it’s not easy. Yes, we excited and happy to celebrate his wedding but also anxious and afraid if we are missing anything. Started with guests. This part pun already pening tau. Haha. I have to list out family members first from everywhere, from my father’s to my mother’s. and they are so many. From KK to Sandakan, Tawau, Sipitang, Indonesia. My parents’ family are quite big. Their origin is from Indonesia. So, many of my relatives are staying there as well. So yeah, kena jemput semua. Belum lagi sahabat handai papa mama dan pengantin. I bet ramai yang datang nanti.

Belum lagi part door gift. I was searching door gift in tiktok and shopee, to get the cheaper and pretty one. I was rambang mata you know. Everything looks so good. But we haven’t decided anything for the gift. The options are small towel, spoon/fork, candy, cookies, chocolates etc. hmmm still no decision. I need to check the budget as well. I just want to make it simple and convenient.

The most important thing is the venue. It’s not easy to find available hall for next year. Mostly all hall that we wanted are fully booked. So, we have to adjust the date and this January we are going to fight for this dewan called Dewan Wisma Wanita. Let the best win. And that’s gonna be us. Haha XD

So far these three are the most important thing to do first. The rest for example make up, dresses, pelamin decoration, food catering, invitation card etc. I will hold dulu.

Oh baju tema for our side semasa di majlis pihak perempuan is navy blue. Still not confirm yet but I think that colour suits us. My father had been already looked in online shops to find batik navy blue. Haha. Baju untuk majlis di pihak lelaki belum ada lagi. Hentam saja lah labu. Nanti ja decide. ;)
